Listen up, gift aficionados! Our return policy sticks around for 7 days. If you snooze past that, we’re afraid there’s no refund or exchange party for you.

Here’s the deal: to be eligible for a return, your item must be untouched, pristine, and in its original packaging – just like it was before you two met.

Now, we’ve got some no-return VIPs. Perishable goodies like Succulents and Succulent Gift Boxes are exempt from being sent back.

To seal the deal, don’t forget to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds: The Nitty-Gritty (if applicable)

Once your return arrives and we’ve given it the old once-over, we’ll ping you an email to confirm we’ve got it. We’ll also let you know if your refund is a go or a no-go. If you get the green light, we’ll process your refund, and you’ll see the credit magically appear on your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Refund MIA? (if applicable)

No sign of your refund yet? First, check your bank account again (you never know). Then, have a chat with your credit card company – sometimes it takes a while for refunds to become official. After that, hit up your bank; they might need some time to process your refund. If you’ve done all this detective work and you’re still empty-handed, shoot us an email at info@naturalsucculents.com.

Sale items (sorry, not applicable)

Only regular-priced items get the refund treatment. Unfortunately, sale items just can’t join that club.

Exchanges: Swappin’ Time (if applicable)

Heads up: you’re on the hook for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you get a refund, we’ll subtract the return shipping cost from it.

Delivery times for exchanged items might vary based on your location.

Sending back an item worth over $75? You might want to use a trackable shipping service or buy shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee we’ll receive your returned item, so it’s better to be safe than sorry!
